Not that i know of but i wont bet on it either atleast till the planes actually touch ground in Colombo, As i have mentioned numerous times the deal is good as done, It was expected to be finalized when PM Sharif visits Colombo so as far as i'm concerned this news is not a revelation

The Sri Lankan authorities will wait till the opportune time to announce it, For obvious reasons

He does but rarely and even those are light.
PM and a few other politicians only wear western style
