So, are you saying that our research institutions are being dictated by some "faujis" and not technocrats? Also, what do you think about the efficiency of doing things this way, is it good? Yes, they are. And since they are military-industrial complexes so the military "dictation" is necessary. Ofcourse it is not an efficient way, but it gets the job done.
