Pakistan is not a victim of terror, it is victim of its own policies(INC Spokesperson) for years pak has encouraged terror groups like LET, HUM(harkat ul mujaheedin) etc to counter India in kashmir........well its has backfired big time.........goodluck clearing all the mess after attack on lankan cricket team.

Well if our Gov support freedom struggle in Kashmir and freedom groups like LeT and HOM will never do such acts in Pakistan and they never did before.
But so called Taliban in Pakistan are supported by Indians in tribal areas can do such horrible act.Specially Baitullah masood group.

but it also matter of fact that enemy like India always happy on their rival loss.

In Punjabi there is said

"Ghera da zan tay mulka dee shoorat"

means that loss inside ones home is good for propagation for their rival.

But there is well said:

"dushman mere tay khushi na karo ,sajana bhe mer jana hai"

Dont happy over your enemy death, one day your beloved well also die...

I see it as Indians have quite cleverly turned the situation in their favor else who trained Tamil tigers for suicide attacks and when backfired lost its PM we all know.

1) pakistan has used / sponsored / trained terror groups in the past
2) this includes the taliban and their ideology
3) these orgs are after power after all and are unaccountable, their interests lie in undermining the 'infidel' govt of pakistan
4) these groups enjoy support (for various reasons) in parts of pakistani security establishment

you are omitting LET and Jaish E Mohamed - terrorist groups used against India. you are forgetting JUD was only banned after the mumbai attacks, that too afet the UNSC banned it.

Taliban were created and used to control afghanistan AFTER soviets had left afghanistan.

pakistan or US did not leave them, they themselves declared war on them by giving shelter to OBL even after 9-11 attacks.
