Look at the Type 54A radome on top of the smoke stack. The same size as this one. I believe that radome is a Type 364 Radar housing.

PNS Zulfiqar with this upgrade was spotted last year.

And we have such redomes for good reason. It make people keep guessing

Thanks for the correction. I think your right that it is a piece of ELINT equipment.

Brother, I am not sure, it is just a "guesstimate" on my part. More knowledgeable members like @LeGenD could most probably end this speculation.
