Featured Pakistan Navy prevented Indian Submarine from entering into Pakistani waters on 16th October

This happened on 16th Oct 21 so 48hrs of Cat & mouse by P3Cs and scorpion class submarine

any location identified?

this correlates with Fighting in Poonch sector from 14-Oct-21

Didn't the initial attack happen a few days before?

it takes submerged 2 days to reach from Mumbai to Karachi (reference Ghazi mission) so if scorpion class was in snooping or may collecting or droping agents. She was caught ...which actually correlates with recent poonch sector fighting. This what i think i do not know the actual.

although picture of snorkeling IN submarine means ..batteries finished ...means LRMP gave some serious tough time and forced it to surface.

By the way can someone comment how its possible given we have few MPAs and the seas are vast. Also this wasn't like Feb/Mar 2019 when the PN was on high alert. @Rafi ? @Rashid Mahmood ?

7 P-3 and 2 Atr is a big fleet for 1000 km coastline.
Perhaps you don't understand it how complicated detection process is and how valuable its signatures are.

scorpene class are done for by PN.

Guess what, our old P3C Orians are more than enough for Indian subs. Upcoming LRMAPs Sea Sultans can take their time.

is there any confirmation that video shown on channel is new?
it can really help identify the Submarine by the snorkeling setup

ATR have superior sensors if this is the level of their subs then it will be like turkey shoot for Pakistan Navy. This especially when now Pak Navy has indexed them pretty well in their threat library.

We had 11 p3c in total 2 got destroyed, 9 remain. Plus 2 atr soon to be 3.

Thats a huge fleet.
Detecting a sub in the Indian ocean which is one of the deepest oceans is in it self is huge, its like finding a needle in a hay stack. Good work n great achievement bythe crews.
N if the footage of this detection are correct n not of the last detection than the sub came to snorkel depth under duress n it basically means weaving a white flag.

But having said that they should have captured it at the very least by telling it to surface. Again a mistake.
If u reverse the roles around IN would not have blinked one sec blowing our subs out of the water.

Around 300kms from Karachi, right at the edge of our EEZ.

Either PN is always at the right place at the right time, or it has a very effective detection systems.

Or maybe the Indians are just too incompetent.

The PN will be very pleased at the ease with which they can record the signatures of IN subs. They're literally getting them right in their plates.

anybody to confirming? which type? yet?

Under water hydrophonic sensor like US had in Atlantic?

Would be super secret!
I personally think we should have maintained total silence over the issue. This is not something that you shout out about during peace times. it gives people the wrong ideas and opens mouths which should remain shut. It may be possible to lure it in and then get it to surrender, but destroying it will lead to a big international incident and you dont want too much attention on you at the moment. It is still time to keep quiet and continue the development cycles till you are strong enough financially and militarily. All posters are ADVISED TO NOT VENTURE OR EXPRESS THEIR KNOWLEDGE ON THE SUBJECT. IT IS A MINOR CAT AND MOUSE GAME AND should be treated as such by Pak posters please.
