Pakistan Missile Organization (PMO)???

ok I was in Punjab univ. searching for final year projects where I met a person whose name I cant tell & he asked me about future planning.
I told him that I am interested in propulsion technology & he reported about PMO inducting engineers especially for this service so I google it & found no contact details of any person related.
I will be much pleased if anybody know something about this organization??
