110 F-16s? Pakistan seems to be rolling in money, though the eight F-16s approved for delivery to Pakistan is part of the $800 million dole known as 'Coalition Support Funds'. In other words, 8 F16s have been presented to Pakistan on a silver platter! It's one big free binge!
How the Pakistanis mange to lure the dumb Yanks is praiseworthy! Full marks to them!

what about news that Lock head martin's F-16 assembly line is closing in US and they are planning F-16 Assembly line to shift in India ???

Ummm first India didn't said yet till today... Second they (Lockhead) is not gonna shift the production line in just 1 day

Is it true that the F16 C/D , the new order of 10-18 planes would be brand new right from factory

Does these F16 brand new ones have the plastic sticker on the top of the panels in side just to make sure , there are no scratches on the screen and panels

Always important to take the plastic layer off after few days to enjoy that NEW feeling

It is wonderful to see that due to Pakistan's desire for F16 , it creates jobs in USA as well for F16 production lines and hope we keep all those jobs active in USA 100% and order some more goods

Great to see 71 honorable leaders of United States , helped with approval of the tools needed to fighter Terrorism needed badly by our forces as the ferocious fight rages on against extremist elements

Is this how you calculate the taxation, tolls, leasing of long stretch of infrastructure, the local companies who involved moving logistics from and to Afghanistan ? Or in your infinite wisdom you just imagined One way of Pak to Afghan route and forgot that they come from Af to Pak as well ?

Do you have any idea of the volume of logicits that gets unloaded daily and moved through Pakistan ?

Who says F-16 are are free proof that. Pakistan has just said we have been saving money of CSF funds from last 4 years so that we can purchase F-16's. I dont know where you pull that 1 Billion a year of CSF figure

Obviously , a welcomed move creates jobs in USA, helps us fight bad guys and also help bring more trust between two nation

Have to admit a very bold move by Obama Administration, Democratic party certainly has stood out as friends of region

I was not feeling well after that GOP debate but , good to see still lot of leaders who see the truth in the effort put by Pakistan to safe guard the region from Terrorism

Obviously the Militarizes of two countries enjoy a good close partnership

Pakistan's purchase should not be a concern to India

Let us relive the wonderful moment when the Block C/D arrived in Pakistan Airforce in past, a vital tool against fight against Terrorism

Hopefully we will see many US companies opening offices in Pakistan in trade areas being made in Pakistan so there is free flow of trade

These LMwalas and SAABwalas, have opened their offices here, they need to show to their bosses in their respective nations that they are doing some work, so they pay some " Tom d1ck Harry " new paper to print anything.

Its not about options, its about requirements . At present only French and Russians fulfill them. So you can guess where new orders will be placed.

Don't loose sleep or even think about F16 in India, its like saying USA will gift George Washington to Chinese Navy.
