If there are security concerns then Pakistan should definitely pull out. Sri Lanka would be a better venue for upcoming tournament otherwise there is always UAE.

And exactly why do u think ICC will change venue of those tournaments ? just bcz Pakistan wants them to do so ? Nor Pakistan has enough clout in arena of cricket neither are they capable enough to make other boards or ICC toe their line. No one gave two hoots when Pakistan was stripped from hosting 2008 Champions Trophy and 2011 WC then why will anyone care now if Pakistan 'threatens' to boycott anything ? I don't think ICC will be moving the T20 WC for one country!Specially not for Pakistan....when Anil Kumble is the Chairman of ICC and Lotus Kamal is the Vice President and the next President of ICC and the current president of ACC.. AFAIK!So not moving Asia Cup either!

DHAKA: Political unrest in Bangladesh has put their rights of hosting ICC T20 World Cup in danger, alternative host can be India or South Africa, ARY News reported.

Bangladesh is to host the Asia Cup from February 24 to March 7, and the WorldTwenty20 from March 16 to April 6 but due to ongoing violence in the country, ICC is considering to shift the venue and according to media sources India has been advised to be prepared for organization of ICC T20 World Cup.

The matches will be played in Kolkata and Ranchi, media sources revealed.

The violence in Bangladesh has claimed many lives. Moreover, Pakistan Cricket Board has showed serious concerns about sending its team to Pakistan following demonstrations and protest rallies by anti-government groups in Bangladesh. Relations between the countries were strained after the National Assembly passed a resolution to condemn the execution of a Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) leader, Abdul Qadir Mullah over war crimes in 1971.

Earlier, West Indies Cricket Board had withdrawn its Under-19 team from the ongoing tour of Bangladesh, following an explosion near the team hotel and some other international teams has shown serious concerns about playing in Bangladesh.
