Champions Trophy is in 2018 if I'm not mistaken.

Anyways, in ODIs Pakistan is just one point behind BD and WI (both are equal right now). Now BD is going to play South Africa and India in coming months, while Pakistan has relatively easy opponents SL and Zim. So most likely Pakistan will improve its ODI ranking by required time, i.e. Sept 2015.

T20 World cup is in 2016 and in 2017 Champions Trophy hosted by England and Odi World Cup in 2019

There no Test Match World cup now But Champions Trophy in which Top 8 teams on point table will qualify in September 2015... Champions Trophy will held in England in 2017

Pakistan has been a decent test side over the last few years

I dont think SL is easy opponent. They are better than Bangladesh and Zimbabwe played well in world cup as well

I was comparing SL + Zim with SA + Ind. Yes they are relatively easy compared SA and Ind.
