Pakistan and Iran navies will hold joint naval exercise near the Strait of Hormuz in the next four days, Iranian military official Rear Admiral Shahram Irani announced today, reported Tasnim news.
Pakistan naval fleet has docked today morning at Bandar Abbas, comprising of military warheads, missiles, and logistic support.
The naval exercise is to convey ‘peace and friendship’ and to raise the level of military cooperation between the two countries said the Admiral.
Pakistan naval ships will stay on Iranian port for four days and will conduct naval drills in eastern waters of the Strait of Hormuz.
Iranian naval ships are increasing their influence in the international waters to protect naval routes and provide security to water tradesman, says Press TV.
