Realistically speaking, IOK Indian occupied Kashmir cannot be compared with Pakistan's legal territories. IOK have similarities with Palestine, as both are occupied territory. And in Muslim religion, it is permitted to keep fighting for your land even if you die, so none of your occupier terrorism or gunpoint can deter Kashmiris.

Well the reality is that we have a problem in J&K as well as some internal territories and Pakistan also have problem in few of your own territories irrespective of whether it's legal or illegal. And if you don't want to see it so be it. You can very well close your eyes. But don't expect that it will make the whole world blind.

Now you can claim or do whatever you want and I bet India will counter/do whatever is feasible and in our better interest. Again, all the best.
