If the three countries are kicked out and form their own league. Imagine how boring it will be to keep on playing each other only year round and round. Year after year.
Whereas the rest can play with each other. If its money they want, let them have it. Before money we had good cricket and it was money that spoiled everything actually. Nowadays cricketers are only concerned about how much they are getting paid, rather than playing for their country.
