TALIBAN CAPTURED AFGHANISTAN IN 1994 and Rose to power in Afghanistan during BB's second term.

In fight against Russia even Northern Alliance commanders were part of war under one cause i.e. to push Russian out of Afghanistan.

Yes, thats right. Northern alliance were fighting against the russians and giving the russians bloody noses, the same way other parts of afghanistan were fighting. This so called northern alliance was funded by pakistan in the past, but they later on stopped supporting them cuz pakistan knew Gulbudin were better servent to them than the northern alliance.

yes my friend, that is exactly what i am doing. my best option is peace and whoever insists on carryinng on fighting in our soil they are nobody but our enemies. the first thhing for now we need is peace and put an end to loss of lives in great number and destruction of afghanistan. even if the taliban come and join political process i dont see any objection to it as long as they stop killing us.

Afghanistan need minimum 5 lac well trained army and security force to control insurgency and terrorism and run and monitor islamic democratic system , which need minimum 10 to 15 years time period with estimated cost of 500 Billion USD.

Without local participation this goal can not be achieved ,again long term peace keeping force is required to act bond between all major groups and acceptable to them all.

Peace keeping force of Turkey,Pakistan,Bangladesh will be better option.G8 shall be responsible for finance .

if we go along with your pessimism then the country will never be on its feet. yes, it takes time and it requires money, but something has to be done and has to be started from somewhere. and the other countries have to support these efforts especially the US because it is to their interest not because they love us. i dont think afghans will be against any option which brings peace in the country, turkey has already forces in the country and pakistan/bangladesh/iran etc are also wellcomed if they want to send peace keeping troops there..
