Pakistan has 3.2 million rich people who doesn't pay Income Tax

I am Tax consultant, and practicing my consultancy from last 12 years, the point that in Pakistan 3.2 Million rich people doesn't pay tax, its wrong.

In Pakistan who ever have Electric meter, Cell phone, Telephone Connection, paying Advance Withholding Tax, so saying that in Pakistan rich people not paying tax is not true.

Secondly in Pakistan, every person who uploads cell cards pay the Advance WHT.

We can say that ratio of Direct tax is less as compere to indirect tax's but every person, rich or poor paying Tax.

If you can read my post I have not mentioned tax I have mentioned "Income Tax" and we are talking about "Income Tax" not tax my simple point is that if these rich people pay Income Tax it is much more than the total tax collected through GST and VAT and we can remove this shitty taxes

Every Person having cell phone connection, post paid or prepaid, paying Advance Income Tax , in the Name of Withholding Tax.

If a rich person use more cellular services, that person pay more tax.
If rich person paying Advance Income Tax in the name of WHT on Electricity usage, how much u use electricity, that much WHT exceeds also, for your information if you use Electricity around 30000 per month then u have to pay 1000 Rupees as Advance Income Tax also . If u use Electricity around 50000 Plus per month, WHT will be around 2400 Per Month, and around 30000 Per annum, which is quite sufficient for the Income threshold of 800000 Annually!

You didn't got the point yet. Not rich class even middle class is paying with holding tax if you have any information about Taxation system in Pakistan. If you want to make Pakistan a successful country than see other countries taxation system in which the rich class is forced to pay the tax not the lower or the middel class. For your information the simple point is that if the rich pays the income tax than there is no need for GST and VAT which will benefit the poor as well as the rich. All successful countries move forward this way. Are you really doing tax consultancy for 12 years?
