so if one year your growth is 6 percent and the next year your growth is 5 percent, what would you call it? growth? or decline?

Growth.. Go and read the economics a little bit more...

also in one year your grow at 2.5 percent and the next year at 3.7 percent what do you call that? growth or decline?

Bounce back from rock bottom.. And given the IMF projections for Pakistan, this looks like a dead cat bounce (if you know what that means)

i mean i thought this would just be commonsense but apparently i was wrong, perhaps you should go back to first grade?
