Well now, let's analyse basics with common sense:
If any FO promote was involved in his personal capacity, than i won't call it diplomatic channel.
On the other hand, What's clear is that Erdogan can't go public unless he hear it from the mouth of Imran Khan or one of IK's close aide!
What more goes against your theory is that our FO officially denied of receiving any such threat, and so does the FO of KSA. (Note: Pakistanis never count Obama's blockade of reimbursements as a threat, at least on pdf Obama is most beloved than Trump)

Talking of Erdogan, it's well known that he has his own agenda against Saudi Arabia. It's evident from many of his hostile moves and statements. As in example setting up military base in Qatar and every other day issuing anti Saudi statement, so in given circumstances any sane person would take his ground less allegations with pinch of salt!

Somethings need to kept under the radar. If you have an issue as to why and all diplomatic communications should be shown, as a citizen, then, please write to the foreign office or the courts. I believe you should for the benefit of all.

Govt. employees can only survive, if they say roger to all the right and wrong of Pakpatan mafia.
It's evident from the transfers, sackings, resignations, ever since PTI.
Interest of Pakpatan govt. lies in favoring or may say sacrificing Pakistan for the pleasure of Iran.
Only idiots would plead the case of Iran, and i guess that's the reason why Imran Khan is forgiven.
However, i don't expect any patriot Pakistani forgiving him for sitting accusing Pakistan for terrorism. He is a biggest security risk to Pakistan.
