This is the one of reasons NAP cannot be implemented.

The establishment of the military courts was challenged in the pleas against the 21st Constitutional amendment by the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Lahore High Court Bar Association and other lawyers’ bodies, auguring that the military courts were an expression of no-confidence on prevailing judiciary, a violation of basic human rights and against the basic structure of the Constitution.

The apex court had halted the execution of six militant handed down the death sentence by these military.

i see only solution divide the pakistan into 5 countries . as i can see BD is more peaceful and less violent and better controlled after separate from pakistan . other any solution is not in my mind . pakistan is suffering since 40 years of terrorism blasts and bloodshed .

So you just have given up? I think the only solution is focusing on Pakistan at this time and we need to stop interfering in international relations. Plain stupidity to leave your family fighting and going to neighbor's house to stopping them fight each other. Pehle ghar ko to deakh lo. :/

We have elected Govt why not they get amendment in the constitution under special privilege since we are in state of war with terrorism home grown and foreign funded. We need swift trials and firing squads in public places so that the sympathizers get the lesson.

firing squad executions in public was done in yemen in last 40 years . its peaceful country now ? violence will bring more violence

Bro, whatever changes you observing in the country and law & order is only due to the pressure by GHQ.

The resistance faced by GHQ from govt, political leadership, Judiciary, liberal civil society and bureaucracy is tremendous.
Mind it all these elements I mentioned are fully backed by foreign sources.

This should have been done by our Govt and Judiciary, but instead is being done by GHQ.

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif confirmed the death sentences of nine hardcore terrorists convicted by military courts, an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement said on Friday.

The statement issued by ISPR said, “The hardcore terrorists were involved in committing heinous offences relating to terrorism, including attack on Parade Lane Mosque, Inter Services Intelligence Headquarters, Multan, attacks on Law Enforcement Agencies, kidnapping and killing civilians in Lahore. These convicts were tried by military courts.”
