Hi,

The Paf should have at least 1 capable female support staff in the crew of a female pilot---. That way---certain sensitivities would be taken care of when assistance is needed---.

Exactly sir. Moreover, females do have inherent problems once it comes to extended duty hours, especially night hours and more G Forces. And of course, due to obvious reasons, females are not aval for duty for 7 days in every month.
