observation and controlling are two different things. If they were controlling the booths, A) they would be winning B) someone would have complained about it.

People have complained about it. Some PTI poll youngsters put in votes themselves at women polling station Zamzama.

The fault lies with ECP. It has no idea how to handle Karachi.. except PTI's tactic is to blame a sneeze on MQM there as well.
