Pardon me, but this is hilarious!!!
A foreign policy demarche straight from the horses mouth...! One not only ambiguous enough to make no one really happy, ones that really matter in this case... U.S., China and especially not Russia(where most assumed an overture was made). But that is not it! His position is in contrast to supposedly his Premier, who by the way is in the process of replacement via A No Confidence Motion widely touted as a regime change. Huh!

I don't know who is making foreign policy judgment or faux pas for him that is bound to cause more harm to his country and no real help to Ukraine either.

I'll read it over and maybe try to understand this in a different angle.
But one thing is clear, this coming out before the supposed power in Pakistan is replaced means a policy undertaking that is not declared by the state at federal level but a power broker many assume to be the real power behind the scenes.
