As I and you agreed that the responsibility of evidence is neither mine nor yours but for both governments, in any such case. On both side of border there is a wish for peace, stability and prosperity.

Rest the case of Kashmir, I believe the UN is just an instrument in the hands of veto powers, what they want to carve out of it for their own interests. The most recent example was WMD.
My opinion is to solve it based on will of Kashmiris and not on the will of India/Pakistan. Since 70 years we are inflicting pain to the divided families on both sides. I let you to decide, up to now how many were sacrificed for the will of India/Pakistan.

that's what i have to say, we need more civilian interaction to sideline our governments but i don't think things are going that way. A war in this century would eat up the whole humanity, and i am not joking, even you would agree. On the other hand, Indian government hasn't done him any favours as they have so far refused to cooperate with the investigation. This was the reason given by Sartaj Aziz in refusing consular access.

That is not considered evidence in any court of law. Have you not seen videos of people ISIS have abducted supporting ISIS in videos? If given a free environment they will say something else.

If pakistan has all that evidence, they will give him an open trial where he will have legal aid and consular access and yet he will be found guilty. Thats the whole idea of a trial and justice.
