thats what i am saying, we citizens don't have any clue what our army/government is upto. You guys are made to hate a guy without any credible evidence provided, we need to rise above this bro. I truely understand your sentiments that terrorists should be prosecuted, thats what every common man in this world want, but if any state would start to hang people without providing ample evidence then this is a very bad situation we are heading bro and we need to realise that.
the same UN declared hafiz saeed and his organisation as terrorists, why this selective approach then?
also link to document by UN claiming indian kashmir as disputed would be appreciated.
As I and you agreed that the responsibility of evidence is neither mine nor yours but for both governments, in any such case. On both side of border there is a wish for peace, stability and prosperity.
Rest the case of Kashmir, I believe the UN is just an instrument in the hands of veto powers, what they want to carve out of it for their own interests. The most recent example was WMD.
My opinion is to solve it based on will of Kashmiris and not on the will of India/Pakistan. Since 70 years we are inflicting pain to the divided families on both sides. I let you to decide, up to now how many were sacrificed for the will of India/Pakistan.
Let them live in peace either they want to go with India or Pakistan or as a separate nation.
But alas, governments do not thinks like human beings. They exploit people based on race, religion, nationalism; they have to win elections to remain in power corridors.
