No, we say Kashmir is a part of India, you say it is a disputed territory.

Legality of your claim on Kashmir comes from UN declaring it as disputed and nothing else.

But as soon as you try to declare any part of Kashmir as a sovereign territory of Pakistan...you are in violation of those resolution and your narrative of Kashmir being a disputed territory falls apart.

As you have no legal leg to stand on. We at least have document of Accession ..what do you have?

LMAO!!!!, my mothers side of the family is from Gilgit (say that we are "settlers" in GB and prepare yourself for a heap of obscenities from my nana and nanu) , they've been there for generations, my nana served in PA. As hard as it may be for Indians, we don't consider ourselves as occupied. I don't care what Indians have to say about this, they can't speak for us, they can rant all they want but it won't change the reality.

i know abt yr background and since im from AJK and my father was a Lt.general in army so i mentioned u to educate them.

I know, that's why I thanked your post . Any ways, I doubt they would listen to me, there is a phase in a person's thought process on certain matters that they are Hell bent on not nudging from their opinions, they will tune you out and when you tell them anything they will turn away from it. And that is the case with a lot of Indian members over here, they won't correct themselves no matter how wrong they are. You should only tell them once after that, just ignore them.
