Pakistan can develop HOT-PURSUIT missiles that react very quickly within few minutes? Examples: Russia focus on heavy hot pursuit rather than cold missiles fire which we currently use this.....

Making the missile is not a big issue for us now, but the technology of seeker in the missile and the radar tech is the real problem and i don't believe we can excel in that in a short time period without any help.

Doing joint work with the Chinese is the way forward, making such missiles needs lot of money, infrastructure and human resource, but with joint programs we can overcome these issues and can get something which suits our needs.

We need LR, MR for air defence & SR-Mobile systems to cover the armor formations as well as forward positions as well as protect strategic assets in a specific area.

Its a long way, but if we try we can succeed.
