I think it is time to accept that as long as India remains a union and a stable country we will never gain control over all of Kashmir. It is better to ask for the demilitarization of Occupied Kashmir and work for improved living conditions of our brothers in IOK.

If Pakistan gives up the claim of IOK, the hope is India would do the same for Azad Kashmir and then both countries can move towards a path of cooperation and development.

Sir A country where masses are fixed on panama proceedings or tabdili then bite their nails till the outcome ,How can we expect to resolve the more greater issues like (Good relations with India) or kashmir issues if our leaders are Such Bewakof .
A country where many people have amassed wealth like nawaz sharif in similar ways ,Why are they left out of Panama papers.
Go to DHA or bahria town,The biggest fishes are living freely.
Its called justice when its done equally across all the citizens ,Not when one political party and its supporters are asking justice based on political agenda.

No, it's not, you'll surely have better growth outlook in second half of century because Pak have a long term projection for Younger population. Increased labour bears growth, though, till then, India will sustain higher per capita income growth (which it is doing since last 26 years, so it came ahead from 52% less to 23% higher GDP per capita of Pakistan) to get at least 2-3 times. But India's fertility rate is low relatively against most lower middle income economies.

We are having a discussion on our forums over that because it may land India into a middle income trap after being a middle income economy, means remaining like somewhat Malaysia but never being Japan.

No, Pakistan's population growth outlook for decade is 1.43% against India's 1.16% which is a significant gap. It will actually enlargen because India's fertility rate is just 2.4 against world average 2.5 and Pak's 3.2 (family planning has succeeded more than required). That's why Indian Population is going more steep.

Pakistan has also had a much steeper decline in population growth rate than India, in it's current trend - Pakistan will have less population growth than India by this decade.

I don't think you must try to apply India's inefficient population model here. With such a high gap between population growth and fertility rate, Indian Economy can meet same fate as that of Russian, Japanese and Chinese as population ages. In fact, India will be trapped in trouble just at 35% to 50% per capita income of first world cuz we are latecomers in industrial complexes against China.
Slashing population output is a much easier task than ramping it up as already realized in Europe and I don't think India could properly realize it's population model.
You still have a nice fertility rate to forge your future as you want. IMO, don't imitate others and have own way.

Russia declined, Japan declined in mid way because it could lead world, China facing decline at final days of it's goal and India will get endangered immediately after it gets in world arena. Thanks to our lazy people and Mommy Daddy who don't even have time to have and nourish some children for country's future. Let's see what you do.

Old man whose word is now not taken seriously even in his own party, should not be taken as the sentiment of india as a whole. Modi successfully sidelined him to become the king of the party. Advani was born in sindh, may be some emotional spark in him at this age got him to issue that statements.

Believe me i am not a leftist, slightly leaning towards right, and i will be more than happy with the situation you described.

India wont even hesitate in investing in CPEC. Oil pipelines running from iran and even russia. India pakistan trade opening up to all the possible sectors never touched before. Minor spending on military will see funds re-routed to education and infrastructure. Pakistani actors and singers working in bollywood and vice versa. Bollywood funding pakistani film indutry. Pakistanis coaching indian bowlers, indians coaching pakistani batsmens, lol. This will actually change the geo politics of asia, and eventually super powers like america, china and russia will have to change and reset their foreign policies to this new scenario with dumb face.
