Pakistan army won international military drill competition known as Pace Sticking Competition

You are wrong though.
Almost all NATO countries have stopped pace sticking.
US stopped duting Virtnam war era.
India also gradually stopped in late 90s.
Russia ended it in early 1994.
Indians still do it. They put up videos on You Tube after Pakistanis won the competition last year. This is a very British thing so I am not sure if the Americans and Russians did it in the first place.

Pakistan Army won international military drill competition known as Pace Sticking Competition held today at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UK.

According to ISPR, Pakistan army team has been winner for consecutive two year. Last year Pakistan army participated for the first time in the event. It said Pakistan Military Academy team represented Pakistan Army in the competition.
Why soldiers in the british army wear frocks like women? (extreme left side soldier):o:

Actually some NCO Drill courses may do it only as an informal activity.
It is no longer a part of curriculum.
Earlier pace sticking used to contribute 1/7th of marks to NCO Drill instructor courses but now it is zero.
West point had pace sticking between 39-61

It’s used by Drill Sargents for training cadets and recruits. Every one in the pictures either PA or IA are drill Sargents. The recruits and cadets never used them.

some people never like to use their own brains. they always follow what others do without thinking at all that whether their particular action has any positive outcome or not. sheepish attitude. wasting time and energy on something which is of absolutely no use in any walk of life. but they do so because others are doing it. i am not fully against military parades and stuff . they are required to some extent in creating discipline in the military but arranging competitions of such types of activities is a wastage of time . you can arrange competitions like sniper shooting, exercises assessing physical and mental toughness etc. whats the use of this pace sticking in war?
Well interesting comment but poorly though out. Military traditions all have roots in practical realities. Why do most Modern militaries
-Insist on shaving?
-Polishing boots
-Drill incessantly
-Ironing uniforms?

Some of them are taken to the extreme but all have practical applications. That you think of them as "wasting time" shows that you do not understand how the military work.

Your post reflects your ignorance and also your arrogance. If it was upto people like you, you would stop kids play in the playgrounds and even object to the way people use their toilets. Grow up dude.

Ancient Egyptian men also wore the similar kind of "skirt" like dress,

Lets talk in the modern world context not the ancient world. Each time has its own definitions of what is gay and what isnt gay.
And by the way in the above pics of Egyptians ,they look more like shorts .
