For what? just in time for 2023s pakistan day military parade?

We dont need such shiny weapons. First thing army should reform itself into an actual fighting force rather than a bunch of property dealer whimpies that cannot even wipe out terrorist from waziristan since last 20 years.
hahahaha yes But this Army wipe out America from Afghanistan actually problem is that india getting Apache & black hawk & whatever india getting they never get any problem But Pakistan trying to get T-129 from Turkey they having problem & dismantle the deal of PAK-Turk & now Pakistan going to get Z-10 from China they start getting pain into there stomach there for they start propaganda...

CORRECT.India wants to fight with a weaker Pakistan who don,t have sophisticated weapons similar in quality and quantity to India who is constantly acquiring state of the art armaments from all around the globe.

Back in 2015, the PAA had checked out the Chinese Z-19E.
Any indication the PA/FC may want to re-engine the AH-1 currently in the fleet with WZ-9 engines used in the Z-10? Refurbishing the 40-50 AH-1 Pakistan Army currently operates and handing them over to the FC would give them a significant capability of their own. A new engine, carbon fiber blades, New FLIR, avionics, navigation suite, comms, self protection defenses (flares/Chaff/laser/electronic), guided rockets and perhaps even a replacement of the main gun with the one used on the Z-10 would be an order of magnitude improvement over the current fleet’s capability. With the upgrades, these helicopters could get direct video or SIGINT/ELINT feeds from drones and even direct the drones themselves, helping them line up an attack or set up overwatch before they enter or as they exit a fight; keeping the pressure on any enemies.

Achieving a similar capability to the older Jordanian AH-1F Cobras upgraded to have features from the AH-1Z.

This is all assuming the AH-1F aren’t getting anymore support (can’t get the same upgrade as the Jordanians got directly from the US) and are being left to retire.

An alternative could also be to build a new single engine variant of the Z-10 for the FC, with the ability to carry a FLIR or MMW pod above the rotors to act as either a light attack helicopter (for COIN) or a scout for the larger Z-10s in a conventional fight. The goal being to operate numbers but at a lower cost. Or just acquire the Z-19 for the FC.

There are 2 or 3 issues with your supposition. It is not only the engine which has seen better days but the air frame which is approaching the end of its life. As such you will require both an engine and air frame change which means a newer helicopter.
Then there are issues with integration of newer engines. This is not as simple as you think and will require a lot of financial technological and manpower issues and headaches which you do not want.
Lastly tinkering with US equipment without US approval is not allowed and this permission will not be given. So at the end of the day it is a non starter.

@Signalian .... you can give ALL THE NEGATIVE ratings you want But I don't care, and nor do many members here. Because we know you are just another MILITARY individual like many others who are incapable of understanding the truth because you have been indoctrinated in the Military, its culture and its mindset of CALLING AWAM OF PAKISTAN AS BLOODY civilians ! I am very hopeful that there comes a time when we can discipline this Military and clean it up from top to bottom. Keep up the good work with your negative ratings !

Get it through your thick head -- The Chinese supply of weapons to Pakistan is CLOSELY LINKED TO POLITICAL SITUATION IN PAKISTAN.

One thing I have noticed is the lack of information available for most of the Chinese military & air-force equipment. You hardly find proper footage of jets or helicopters on youtube,
This is why it gets difficult to compare Chinese mmw with Longbow. Chinese mmw seems compatible with other EW systems.

Fair enough. Might as well have the FC/interior ministry buy their own Z-10 or Z-19 brand new.

Also the Chinese MMW is probably an AESA, while the Apache AH-64E may still be a Doppler radar.

No, those are AKD-10. Blue Arrow - 21 looks like this:
