Pakistan Army Regiments

This is stupid question but Pakistan Army Regiments like Baluch Regiments contain Balochi soldiers only or Punjabi, Sindhi and Pathan Soldiers are also enlisted under Baluch Regiment?

All of the Pakistan Army infantry regiments are mixed composition. There is a pretty good mix across the board.
