The Pakistan Army's Cambrian Team has won the gold medal in the Cambrian Patrol 2024, achieving the highest score of 864 points. This victory came amidst a competitive field of 128 teams from 42 countries, including 118 teams from Europe. The team, representing the 67 Punjab Regiment, participated in this prestigious military exercise held in Wales from October 4 to 13, 2024.The Cambrian Patrol is recognized as one of the most challenging military exercises globally, testing soldiers on their basic soldiering skills under conditions of fatigue, sleep deprivation, and stress. Participants must navigate a 60-kilometer course within 48 hours while completing various military maneuvers and tasks across rugged terrain.This year marked the second consecutive participation for the Pakistan Army's team, which previously excelled in their internal competition. The training and preparation for this event were overseen by a dedicated team of officers, highlighting the professionalism and rigorous training standards upheld by the Pakistan Army.
