The releasing altitude for CBU-105 is 60m to 6100m.
FM-90 SAM used by PA has engaging altitude of 6000m.

Jaguar will need to come down to 6100m to deploy CBU-105, it will be engaged by FM-90.

In Indo-Pak Context, India has a HUGE Future Ahead ( Economically ) and War is not an Option. All the Military Spending ( Close to $50 Billion / Year ) India is making is to protect its Strategic/Sovereign Interests, which result in a STABLE Nation which is good for a Progressive Economy.

Sir, there is a fine line between what India is and what it will be. My Indian friends have this vision that India can be a super power. Well, for a super power status, they'll need to take their household income to $ 30K py. The US is at 60K py. But since India's much larger population would require a lot $$ to bring them up to the middle class status, it would need more income growth also.

On North Korea, the US was ready to take out the NK issue once and for all. In fact, if the President say "go" tomorrow, NK's issue can be resolved with a 24 hour air-assault, period. There isn't much there. Iraq, conventionally was stronger than NK. But NK is now nuclear. What's stopping the US has always been the South Koreans. NK isn't that strong. A nation running on Mig-19's and 21's doesn't have much to protect. A few ships in two tiers, can take out anything they would fire towards the Japan or the US with SM II, V and IV interceptors. Its the South Korea that is scared and doesn't want a full military assault. Thanks

But if Pakistan was weak you could attack and destroy it without affecting your economy. Especially since we are at least 7× smaller than india and india has abundant access to all the world's most powerful weapons whereas we don't. But despite all of this, India still can't do anything to us
