Noora was in position to negotiate hence stayed, plus he didn't expect it to go this far....he didn't play his cards well
Musharaf had no deal, no cards to play, no backing from Public...he had no other option.....

They are facing corruption charges. Pakistani LAW is framed as such that it can give medical bails on corruption charges.

Plus How musharraf got out of Pakistan ? Because of this Medical bail he got and assured court that he will be back for his trial.
