In 1947, we gained 40% of Kashmir. We won, no question. Hindustan didn't gain anything.

In 1965, it was a stalemate. Nobody achieved anything. The Pakistani invasion of Kashmir and the Hindustani invasion of the Punjab were both halted.

In 1971, yes I'll give you that Hindustan did win, but it still suffered a fair amount of damage.

In 1999, Pakistan also won. We still hold point 5353 to this day, and you guys cannot take it back. We also only left the rest of Kargil due to international pressure.

india become a nuclear weapons state since 1974. Pakistan had a nuclear weapons capability since at least 1983:

The reason why india didn't attack Pakistan was that the indians had not weaponised their nukes before then. Pakistan did not test it's nukes in the 1980s as we needed american help to fight the soviets in afghanistan. A nuke test would have put sanctions on us as it did in 1998.

If the death toll for the indian army was given by indian sources then it can NEVER be believed. You still have NOT given any independent, honest, reliable and irrefutable evidence for indian victories against Pakistan. For that, your claims can ignored. What cannot be ignored or disputed is that Pakistan is the ONLY nation in the ENTIRE history of mankind that has been able to withstand and repel an enemy nation that is more than 7x bigger than us and has abundant access to the world's most advanced weapons systems whilst we are denied this privilege for over 70 years. The ruler of Kashmir did intend to join Pakistan, it was clear as day he intended to join Hindustan. So Pakistan invaded the region and took 40% of it. If we didn't, Hindustan would have taken all of Kashmir. So yes, you lost we won since we took 40% of Kashmir that would have otherwise gone to Hindustan. You also asked for the ceasefire. The Pakistani military was also outnumbered significantly.

Death toll is not a measure of victory, and each side has different claims about the casualty rate, so it's impossible to know who has the correct figures. Yes Pakistan attempted to conquer the rest of Kashmir, but Hindustan also attempted to conquer the Punjab (will the golden goose being Lahore). Neither side achieved their objectives, so the war was a stalemate. Who started it is irrelevant. In this war, again, Hindustan asked for the ceasefire, and the PM of Hindustan at the time died of a heart attack the moment it was signed. Again, the Pakistani military was outnumbered significantly.

Obviously if Bangladesh wasn't declared an independent state we would consider it a victory. That was Hindustan's whole objective of the war.
