I've told you before, I don't have time to waste on illogical posts, emotional issues or simply on people who want to close their eyes when they see a power plant, a Hydro dam, a bridge or anything showing progress, hoping closed eyes will make the progress go away. So please write the entire scope and then I'll answer. Otherwise, I've posted the details before and I'll stick to my facts per documents I've read and analyzed multiple times. Thank you.

This is something which people mostly overlook. CPEC isn't only just a passage linking different regions. The major chuck of the Chinese investment will go into the energy sector development in Pakistan. I am not very good with numbers and figures but to put it in simple words: The energy development will give a major boost to Pakistani economy. Then there will be these massive employment opportunities for Pakistani's which subsequently will help alleviating poverty, especially in the province of Baluchistan.

I merely provided him a idea of the fees Singapore, the 2nd busiest port generates. Of which Singapore depends as a lifeline to it's greater economy. An economy, mind you, built on more stable sound policies than any Pakistani Politician wouldn't even dream to give a damn about.

I merely provided him a idea of the fees Singapore, the 2nd busiest port generates. Of which Singapore depends as a lifeline to it's greater economy. Can't come up with something concrete so just kicking dust . I am used to that behavior on here. There are many PHG's on here (G represents Gossip), who without experience talk about these issues like they actually have a PHD instead of a PHG. But its all good. Transit fees alone mean nothing, nor this entire project is a Toll Both. You should look at all returns on investment in perspective, and those go WAY beyond collecting transit fees.

Vipers are found everywhere in the World. India is no exception. And I ROAM, so you'll see my Flags change from time to time. If they hadn't block my black as* for a month, you'd have seen my flag a week from India, a week from Pakistan and a week from China just last month before returning back home to the US!! And I love India, I just don't like how Indian businessmen conduct business!! But that's a personal thing in business, not against the entire nation or a country.

I employ a large group of Indian employees with love and pride. Good, hard working, dedicated and smart people, no doubt about it. And compare them to Pakistanis, sadly, Pakistanis are too busy playing groups, politics, leg pulling and all, whether you observe this sad behavior inside Pakistan or across the globe. They really need to focus on working as a nation and for their country, not individuals working for their respective ethnic groups and political flavor. Very sad indeed!!

Sure, I do agree the spillover and returns on investment is what needs to be looked at towards any cost-analysis. But then again we're talking about Pakistan. Chugging by on loans from WB, IMF, ADB, China. $36 Billion are due this year, too bad it's Foreign reserves of $20 or whatever are built on loans too.

Perhaps with your consultation towards the ADB and World Bank, you could advise Pakistan rather than ranting on a forum....

Reading your rhetoric about Pakistan and your buddies for political reasons, it is pretty obvious that using logic, economics, or common sense to people who can't comprehend basic knowledge is useless. Pakistan is ALREADY being advised from top advisers from the US, the WB, the IMF and from the ADB. And ALL of these international institutes are actually happy with the progress Pakistan had made in just three years.

But to people like you, it is more like "what progress?"!! By closing your eyes while standing in front of a power plant either already working or getting ready to provide electricity soon to eliminate the power outages, or a metro bus stations that helps hundreds of millions poor people every month, or in front of a Road promising economic growth, or in front of a Kidney transplant center or a Hear research institute, these things don't go away. The progress is still there.

Had your nation paid taxes all 70 years, you wouldn't need loans. But every nation takes it and pays them back as their economy progresses. The US did it (still has a huge debt), the Europeans did it, the Indians are still doing it and the Chinese have a huge debt problem. But if their economies work the way they anticipate, they'll pay the loan back.

People like you and your friends with a certain political agenda, ONLY want one thing. That is, to do NOTHING and complain about everything being done. Yea, that wouldn't produced an Egg by itself, let alone, building a nation. You should always respect progress as it changes nations and countries for the better. In this case, its your country we are discussing. So you should have some appreciation for the work being done. ONLY criticizing makes you a critic, and no one really cares about these people.
