We likely will not see a fully equipped ZDK-03 before the 23rd March parade. However, we will likely see the following, which we didn't have before:

- First Pakistani made JF-17 solo flight and aerobatics display, flown by the Chief of Air Staff ACM Rao Iftikhar Qamar himself.
- JF-17 formation lead by the JF-17 in Pak-China Friendship scheme.
- F-16D Block 52 (possibly leading a formation of F-16D Block 52s and F-16 Block 15s).
- Saab 2000 ERIEYE AWACs.
- IL-78 Tanker.

This will, of course, be in addition to the regular A-5, F-7, Mirage III and Mirage V formations.

I'd say it'll be a pretty darn exciting air display. Well worth the two year wait. I just hope we have one this year.

If I'm not mistaken, he was also responsible for reducing the number of Erieyes being procured in favor of technically inferior Chinese systems. Just thought I'd put it out there.

Of course, why he did so is a different debate. Forgive me for any derailment. I was merely trying to make sure no one party is allowed to take all the credit for this achievement.

And which Aircraft will be in formation along with IL-78 and saab erieye.?any idea.with saab i think it would be F 16.and perhaps we could only see F 16 D in parade because F 16 C wil be delivered from june onwards(correct if i am wrong)

That's a very good question man. I didn't think about that. It depends on where they will be stationed. If I had to guess, I would say that The Erieye would be tailed by F-16 Block 15s, whereas the IL-78 would be tailed by Mirage IIIs. That's just a guess, though, as I am not sure where they will be stationed.

Well then leave guessing,atleast we will see these all birds..just hope we will have the parade..but by seeing current situation in pak.i doubt there will be ,but lets be optimistic and hope for the best
