His prey was Sqn Ldr Brijpal Singh Sikand, (later retired as Air Marshal), who was the OC of the IAF’s 23 Gnat Squadron.

His body language exuded a palpable sense of shame and defeat, as if he had been deeply insulted or disheartened by the encounter.
