Indian Air Force in order to compensate for its poorly planned and depleting fleet is now boosting its SAMs with over 50 units operational.Little do they know that PAF's dominant standoff capability will hit them from far and beyond using modern guidance and AI based munitions.

In context of Pakistan it simply shows how army couldn't negotiate for surplus or used f16s depsite being at front of WOT
My guess is other things like CSF money was more important which frequently had alot of irregularities per US side
CSF can line people's pockets not F16s. Lol

Given how the Pakistan Army did the dirty on the Americans - they felt compelled to poke the PA in the eye with stopping the CSF and not "paying" fully for "services" rendered..
Maybe but many claims did not have proper receipts/documents.

For Pakistan Air Force, the KAAN 5th Gen Fighter would be the ideal successor to its F-16s as both a high-performance fighter and a key tactical asset. F-16 plays an indispensable part in the PAF’s offensive strategy, as demonstrated in its response to India’s Aggression in 2019.

Ok, I always thought that F-7PG with it's GRIFO Radar was an all weather Point Defense fighter, or the PG didn't get the Grifo Radar ?
You are correct but I was just mentioning it's key role. PAF has the F-16 and the JF-17 for the all weather roles now.
