The question we're dealing with today is How will Pakistan integrate US made F16 warplanes and weapon systems onto Chinese AWACs platforms?:idiot:

I dont know why is every one so worried about integaration , khuda ka wasta hai things are much advanced than you think , integration is no problem.

In 1976 we were in shaheen SQD flying Mirages for UAE and teaching them how to fly, French aviation gave UAE air force new NAV system and asked the UAE gov a big amount to install them and asked us that one plane will be out of service every week because of the up-grade and we asked them do you need 7 days for each plane and they said yes it is a very complicated piece of equip and it takes time, not knowing that the frence were just milking the UAE airforce. I was on my finals and one of our Senior Tec's Mr jamal Khan asked me and our late chief Mir to pull the mirages into the hanger and give him 1 hour we asked him what are you doing and he said I looked at the NAV system and let he have a go with it to our surprise he was done in 30 min and he told us to take it up and check the NAV system. we flew the plane and it was working perfectly.
The french Dassault were so upset that they refused to sign the licence and the very next day they offered Khan a job with dassault .1990 he was mashallah a vice president Dassault in france, Why I told you all this is that have some faith in our guys they know what they are doing and this integration problem is no problem all will be well. I dont know how many of you have visited kamra over there our guys take the plane apart peice for piece and assemble it back .

Great!!! yeah i have seen few pictures of techniceans working at kamra on PDF, wearing shalwar Kamiz. They were working on Mirages and F-7's. And believe me the Mirage fighter they were working on was in pieces. I do have faith in them Mr.MuradK. Tell us about that guy Jamal Khan where is he know, is he still working for dissault.

KJ-2000, i believe is still in a testing mode. I really like the way it is carried on IL-76 aircraft, even though we might be able to get KJ-2000 AWACs which will provide the 360 degree coverage (with its 3 antennas placed in a triangular configuration), we still might not be able to get it equipped on the Russian IL-76 aircraft. The aircraft gives more room and will give us a perfect setup to monitor activities, however this will also rise up the maintenance cost, but still the aircraft is much cheaper than the C-130 aircraft, and can be much effectively used in the transporting and many other things.
