Your logic of one toilet for one person is stupid.. By 2001 sensus number of households in India is 191 million.. If 50% have toilets now, we want 10million toilets more..
Be your calculation of 86400 toilets per day.. It takes only 116 days to build this much number of toilets..
How you get this 40 years man???
One toilet per second targets 12.5 million toilets in 2014-15..
But according to experts this aggressive plan is unrealistic.. By the current trend 2 million toilets per year is realistic.. So we need almost 5-6 years for this problem ( and 15-20 billion dollars)..
The good fact is we realise our problem and tackle it.. Look what our PM Modiji said in red fort last independence day..

In recent survey taken by UNICEF there are about 600million indians (half of population of india) who don't have an access to toilets. Ok I admit my hypothesis of one man for one toilet is wrong but still the problem that you guys are facing is very big, you guys can't build all those toilets in 4 or 5 years even the duration of 10 years is short.
If 4 people are using one toilet then you guys will be needing 150 million toilets. Which is also impossible to make in 5 years. And by the time you guys will be making toilets your growing population will gonna neutralize your efforts, so you guys will be needing more toilets than expected to over come your rapid population growth.
And as per you 2 million toilets is realistic! I totally agree because creating 1 toilet per second is a bit fictional and un realistic. And even if india is succeeded to make 2 million in each year still you guys will be needing plenty of decades to give toilets to 150 million family. The biggest problem that you guys are not noticing is your growing population. As I said earlier in future you guys will gonna die of this growing population. India can't sustain 1.2 billion and by next few decades your population will gonna jump to 1.6 billion soon. And you guys have no idea how much catastrophe will come in future if you guys don't takle your growing population.
And by the way our country problems are very different from yours, we dont have toilet problems, we have toilets even in our rural areas. The only problem we are facing is terrorism

Lack of logic.

India has about 35 to 40 million people doing defection in open. One toilet shall be used by one familiy of 4 to 5 people.

We have a target to make our country open defection free by 2019.

Brother hinduo do not make up figures. 2019 target is only for one small state and i doubt it will be possible even then. 60% of Indians defecate openly and this figure is not coming down because of cultural reasons. Hinduism recomend open defecation.

Perhaps you underestimate the self reforming capability of Indian society. Let us wait and see.
