18 years down the line if I consider an average compound growth of 2% on conservative side then it comes to 20+ crore.​

Karachi will be interesting, in 1998 9.2 million and now by estimates almost 24 million. I wonder if these estimates are true?

50% of the Pakistani population is male between the ages of 17-22. That makes Pakistan a HUGE potential labor market compared to China and India. There is a reason why the Chinese are pouring money and building highways in Pakistan. Soon, in the next 3-5 years, they'll start to move some of their manufacturing capability to Pakistan as their population is getting old and not a lot of good labor is available.
Good times ahead for Pakistan. She just needs to make sure the terrorism from across the border doesn't derail this economy related progress. Your neighbor wouldn't want to see Pakistan grow and it won't be easy for them.

About 210 - 220 million total population. Majority of ethnic makeup, 68% Sunni Muslims, probably 25 % Shiite's and 7% minorities including Christians, Hindus, Budhists, etc, etc.
