PAKFA offered to Brazil

.
No there is money for HAL, BRAZIL will be given with TOT

To my understanding , so far just an Offer is made, no concrete assurance that Brazil will buy it, or has shown an Intention to buy it.

Secondly, If it is accepted by Brazil, then Russia will make the most out of the deal and not HAL. Because it is offered by Russia, and not India. Same logic applies to JF-17 in Pak-China case.

I'm 100% sure they would be interested in obtaining the pak-fa for studying and gaining knowledge for their program.

You are wrong sir, China was offered a partnership in joint development of this project prior to India which they opted out from. They are well ahead in their own 5th generation projects and you will see soon a maiden flight, most probably this year. So no chance of China being a customer of PAK-FA.

That's because Russia would be the main contributer to the program while China would have a limited role. China probably figured it can get the fighter after it was built by the Russians and save billions. If you really think China would turn down the opportunity to obtain the pak-fa than you are wrong, wasn't it China that hacked Sukhois fire and control software? I know if the US can get its hands on the pak-fa they wouln't even blink twice, the same goes for Russia and the F-22, China is no different. No one in their right mind would tern down the opportunity to have a fifth generation fighter esspecially when they are trying to built their own.

no sir,i dont know abt the conditions of jf-17 project, but as far as pak-fa is cocerned we r paying half the amount required in development,so we will also enjoy the same monetory benefit as russia enjoys

You are quite right. After-all its a "arms Race", and Russia cant have more competitors in the same field .:argh:

ptldM3..sorry you're not the official spokes person for Chinese Defense acquisitions and development programs therefore using "probably and blah and blah can't be applied" Clearly China rejected the idea of joining the project from the start..secondly no offensive stop accusing a nation time and again that it'll steal and sniff around to gain knowledge. They've their own plans for 5th gen. And lastly long time from now to the first ever non prototype developed pak-fa to be inducted in russian air force, sit tight and wait. all your discussion is based upon assumptions. bring a credible source and proof..

China has seeked Russia's help in everything from radar development, to cruis missle technology and everything in between, so judging from past experiences China would be interested. Oh and i may not be an official spokes person but i had family in the KGB and i can tell you the KGB and now the FSB has caught Chinese trying to steal/obtain Russian technology.

It's less accusation and more fact:

Zhu Rong Gong, has duplicated the secret fire-control software and systems integration for Russia’s Su-27 series of aircraft, giving his country’s drive towards the fully autonomous production of this potent weapon a sharp spurt.

Chinese Engineer Cracks Russian Su-27 Fighter Production Codes

Stealing and obtaining classified information is something that Russia and the US does too but China is more active, and lets not forget Chinese technology is behind Russia so why wouldn't China try to obtain the pak-fa? Even the US would be interested in gaining access to the pak-fa.

ptldM3...look at the title and than drag China into it and now with no proof you're accusing China for the future which hasn't even taken place! again bring credible source and proofs related to China - pakfa - stealing technology looking for short cuts knowledge and whatever..you post long with little content of importance and knowledge..neither is China interested never was if you have confirm intl post it...you started with pak-fa ended at su-27 codes make up your mind we're talking about Chinese and pak-fa and any remote credible info regarding pak-fa..
Again you're not the official spokes person for Chinese Defense acquisitions and development programs your argument is flawed accusations unproven regarding this matter.

Why are you taking offence? Russia would also want to get its hands on the F-22 and F-35 and vis versa for the Americans, just because China didn't want to pour billions of dollars into the development of the pak-fa and billions more on large orders doesn't mean they wouldn't want the aircraft-remember it's easier to buy in small numbers than reverse engineer. Now i'm not definatevly saying China wants the pak-fa but considering China's past and considering the fact that they are working on their own stealth aircraft it's not out of the relm of possibility that China would want the pak-fa if offered, after all it would only benifit their program. One of the biggest edvatages of the Chinese having the pak-fa would be that they can exploit its strengths and weaknesses which is handy considering India will operate the pak-fa, but of course you could be right, China could turn down the opportunity the gain valuable information that could benifit their own program and at the same time exploit the capabilities of their enemie's aircraft. Anyways i'm not trying to drag China into anything, someone else brought up China, i simply stated that China would probably be interested in the pak-fa if offered.

I have several times said and proved that all these Chinese fanboy claims about the rejected 5th generation offer is only a day dream. Even Su-35 is not an option for them because of earlier MKK contract violation issues and interestingly they are very much interested in it, Leave aside 5th generation.

.
ptldM3...something that has not taking place yet! don't make self assumptions about it..look to the future for the 3rd time you are not Insider into Chinese Intl and Defense therefore assumptions of yours are not taken here! I'm no longer obliged to reply to your baseless allegations talks.. stop dancing in circles..
Case Closed.

mr. iron...so far you've proven nothing..Chinese are working on variants of J-11 i'm not sure if they are interested at this moment in su-35, so what'd russians do to china for contract violations? so far nothing..all i know if china can build a plane from scratch and cancel orders they could have offered and sell it to Pakistan but no they did not which proves there are no big problems between the two C and R. Interest and buying are two different things.

or reverse engineering it and then selling it to Pakistan. The Mig-21 disaster must be avoided again. India should closely monitor where the PAKFA goes. We have spent a lot of money on this program and cannot afford losing the huge advantage we will gain from this jet.

.
CHina has already spied F-22's tech, there was a case few years back regarding China's military espionage,so definitely they would pass PAKFA.
