Well,even if Pakistan is building nukes,its not a problem..We aren't making nukes for fun...Govt+Military+establishment knows better about security doctrine and related threats to Pakistan.And we aren't even sure that what is purpose of weapon grade plutonium..It can be used in several ways..
We should work on our nuclear missiles.Our missile program need improvement.
