So what the west is basically saying is if we give out the nuclear tech to whom we like its ok but if others do the same its Very bad thing so as far as i am concerned DR khan did what others have been doing for a long long time if its ok for them to do it there is no problem with DR khan doing it either.

All the nuclear deal goes to show is that India is far more responsible with its Nuclear Technology than Pakistan, Atleast this is was US thinks, you are entitled to your opinion. If my memory serves me right, India did it's first test in 1974 and had the technology was aquired before the NPT

You can try whichever Email you want, I told the only confirmed source of N-TTech up for Sale. Only person who has confessed it and blames his govt. for being a part of the proliferation.
