Why pakistan is not working or at least planning to buy any nuclear powered submarine?This is not good,it feels like they are sleeping,its very important to have nuclear triad,and so far i have not seen any progress regarding nuclear submarine,can anyone learned tell me why or correct me if i am wrong?

That's EXACTLY what everyone said about our nuclear weapons program pre-May 1998. Then we shocked them. Pakistan probably does have a nuclear submarine but is keeping it well hidden. Nearly 7 years there was a reliable expose that confirmed Pakistan has had H-bomb capability for many years:

Our enemies know our true capabilities. Which is why they are too weak, powerless and helpless in attacking Pakistan even though they are more than 7x bigger than us and have abundant access to the world's most advanced weapons systems whilst we are denied this privilege. Yes, I know that sir. There's no knowledge as to what platform will carry the thing they have been working on.
So I was just presuming that we are waiting to experience the designing and hull fabrications of a submarine. So what we learnt from Agosta 90B and now the Chinese order is actually a step towards our own submarine with a NR.
