Pak nuclear assets in safe hands, says Fazlur Rahman
ISLAMABAD: Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rahman has said Pakistans nuclear assets are in safe hands adding that the United States is using the strategy of politics of fear on global level. Talking to Geo News in Jeddah on Sunday before leaving for Pakistan, Fazlur Rahman said the statements about security of Pakistans nuclear assets are hypothetical. He said the US and allies should realize that they have been defeated in the war against terrorism and think about a new policy for global peace. He said in Pakistan those termed extremists are fighting with arms at mountains but the MMA is contesting elections how can be it dubbed as extremist. He said MMA is politicking with moderation and believes in a nuclear policy for peaceful purposes. Responding to a question MMA leader said the country passing through crisis after crisis with apprehensions regarding free and fair elections. He called for transparent elections and empowerment of the people.

It is indeed good to hear that the safety of our Nuclear Assets is one thing that our politicians can agree on. I think if our politicians show this kind of unity we surely can be a successful nation.
