He was supposedly tried by a field gen. court martial of the army, which means he was tried by a military jury, not trained in law and which is not independent or impartial and that which works under the Pak army.

Setting aside your taunts, I would still like to bring some simple observations to your attention and why Pakistan is truly doing this the wrong way.
1. He could be/ maybe a spy is called speculation, not confirmation. It was more of 'what if' he was a spy. The way it was handled was grossly improper
2. If you accept he is a spy based on this, then why the 'death' penalty? We catch Russian spies and hand them over after a jail term
4. Why do this in a secret military court where the 'spy' was not allowed a legal representative
5. Why not follow international norms like Geneva or Vienna conventions and give consular access and be transparent

Kalbhooshan is terrorist and involved in killing of innocent Pakistanis. India should not oppose Pakistan's decision on him, he is no different from Ajmal Kassab.

Rest about my reply on subject in her post, I quoted her where post was offensive. Members, that want to review of any rating issued, can contact GHQ Section for discussion rather than inviting others of an open debate. I don't think so that I justified the rating and mentioned as such that rating is awarded correctly yet informed her where to discuss.

Rest about your words for my jump or so, being a Mod, I acted as responsible to reply her and inform that how to act w.r.t. rating. I don't know that what hrk has to do with my way and you have been judgmental for me but the thing is, she is informed properly that does not warrant such attitude/post at all.

Milspec, I informed you to avoid such behaviour. What MastanKhan did, he is responsible for himself but the same does not issue an open invitation to others like this.
