Besides you need less that $100 to come here and return. Use Indian Railways
Only you will have to spend about 2 days in train.
But you will enjoy the journey from north to south of India along the whole length, crossing all the features and rivers, not at all boring if you have a bunch of friends along to play poker or to chat with.

I correct myself.
The travel expense to and fro is only $30.
$4 for samjhoutha, $11 for delhi to chennai sleeper.
If you want AC you will spend $20 for delhi to chennai. $40 for 2nd AC. So with $100 you can come like a queen in AC.

I think we had a similar thread about a PDF meeting. Apparently, no one was interested.

Speaking for myself, I don't mind meeting any of the members. If anyone plans a gathering in Lahore, I'll definitely join you folks. But as always, I think this thread will get buried down soon enough.

Would love to come to South India once again, but only if this time India gives me a visa which unlikely this time
