Wasn't the exercise commencing on June 5?

It's all rather confusing, two news item give two different dates.

The air forces of Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan are currently carrying out joint drills in the western region of Saudi Arabia.
The 'Peace Hawks 1' exercises, which began on May 6 ending on May 24, are "aimed at strengthening cooperation, joint action and exchanging expertise between the participating countries," reported the state Saudi Press Agency.

RIYADH, 14th May, 2013 (WAM) -- Royal Saudi Air Forces, in cooperation with the Turkish and Pakistani Air Forces, will carry out 'Peace Hawks 1' exercises at King Fahd Air Base in the Western Sector from June 5 - 24, 2013.

So it was May instead of June? This means that the exercise would end on May 24. Damn! Missed them...

This explains the constant jet noises at night, more than usual anyways.

Mirage is a very loud airplane for its size I must say.

So we sent the Mirages and the F-16s? The F-16 second from right, in the above quoted picture, seems to have the PAF scheme.
