PAF F-16s Do Incorporate DRFM Technology !

I missed that debate thread, is that on PDF?
No dude, it's somewhere where some guys are pretending to be PAF pilots as this position seems to be something of a Babe magnet.... I told the group that my only association with PAF is my interest but they still think i am hiding something and keep asking for info to expose the fake pilots. :D

Honest to God, I don't know where the Silent Eagle nonsense conversation came from. That project is dead in the wind for Boeing - kinda like the B737 Max.

If anything, 'SE' might have been confused with its predecessor: F-15E (Strike Eagle).

Boeing 737 MAX aircraft fleet is grounded for required fixes and will be cleared for flights in this year. In case you didn't knew, small (low-cost) passenger aircraft are in very high demand worldwide. Large (high-tech) passenger aircraft such as Boeing 777x and Airbus A380 do not have many takers out there.

---

F-15SE Silent Eagle was cancelled because it would have undermined sales of F-35 variants - a project in which Pentagon have invested a great sum. Israel was really interested in the former option but was outright refused. However, Israel was chill because it was getting F-35A regardless.

US will not offer F-35 variants to every friendly country out there though. However, US might offer F-15SE Silent Eagle or a similar solution to some friendly countries. Depends upon who is willing to negotiate for it.

The aircraft in question is beautiful and beastly. Boeing showcased an advanced prototype a few years ago, and finalization will not take much time.

That MAX has costed Boeing an arm and leg.

Most likely they wanted to unload Japanese F15s.
F-15Es. Brings the same or more strike package than the Superhornet would for PAF standards. The provision of the GE engines would be extra cost to the program. And so on....

Good read...

I took the liberty of pointing out a few things in the article you sent through.

Note: No where in the article does it state "if a customer want is and ready to pay". But you're welcome to think otherwise because as of 5 Years ago, the project not only is dead, but no one is truly interested in...

The tech is there and I posted twice that, if customer want it and ready to pay, for it then its available.

A near example is Mig-29K, the tech was there but Russia didn't built it as it was not that urgency to have it, but when India required aircraft for ACC they paid for development of Mig-29K.

Get F-15 (even if Silent Eagle is offered) at cost of Project AZM then No.

No Offense...

But 'I' certainly don't need to be informed or lectured on the grounding of the B737 Max. I'm a Type-Rated Crew Member that has flown on every variant of the B737 (Originals/Classics/NG's/Max). The Max has screwed up our lives because our flying has decreased & everyday we're hoping for a breakthrough.

I also know someone who works in the FAA, who has told me that don't keep my hopes too high.

And yes, i'm well aware of all small (single-aisle) aircrafts. I work for one of those Low Cost/Budget airlines. But Boeing's troubles have increased the sales of airbus & its a320 Family.

P.S.: I've authored a book on the History of the B737, for which I was awarded with a Limited Edition Watch of the B737 First Flight (1967) - 100 Years of Boeing.

Look, as I told you before, if you want to believe that, be my guest. You're entitled to your opinion.

I may ask HONDA to build me the CRX, as it was a bitchin' ride. I'll cough up the money for it.

Yes..., about those MiG-29's that Russia is producing for India. All of a sudden, Russia decided to open up the facility for a outdated Aircarft that was initially produced during the Soviet-era. They'll do that, by putting their new MiG-35, aside.

No.

It doesn't work like that. If it did, Boeing would've kick-started the B737-800 (NG's) for the troubles being faced by the Max.

Moving on. The Mig-29's you speak of aren't being produced. They had been left in storage as the Soviet Union couldn't afford them, hence they were offered at a very cheap price - but with some modifications (obviously).

You are more than welcome to read the articles mentioned below. Mind you, the word highlighted is 'mothballed'.
