It's worth noting that the Airchief is leading from the front, rather than being flown in a twin seater, he's in the driving seat of the single seater.

Indian Air Chief had shown his stunts in media and now our Air Chief is showing his stunts in a Viper. Our Air Chief has spoken like a true professional :pakistan:

I understood what you meant and feeling pity that there are no real original twin seaters in PAF.

And we saw the 'leading from the front' type in the recent PAF base attack:chilli:

No twin seater? We feel pity for you.

this is with Conformal Fuel tank, PAF dont have any bird with Conformal Fuel Tank.

It is always better to keep shut if one does not know anything.

Anyways:

1- The person in cockpit is COAS of PA, secondly the other guy is a PAF pilot, Squadron Leader by the looks of it.

2- The following is a 5 Sqn aircraft, at PAF Shahbaz, Jacobabad

Now shooo....

ZDKs are not operational yet.
Zoom in and see for yourself which aircraft is 2nd from top? The last one after Saab-2000 is either one of AN/TPS-77 or EWTTR system.

JF-17s already took part. The video is mostly not from this exercise, it has mix footage from other recent exercises. All thanks to PAF's PR team:angry:

EWTTR....what is that..?

Is it just a photo op or did he really fly (during this exercise that is)?

WTF Indians are talking about in this thread? Faceplam.

how do they evaluate the performance of a squadron and aircraft during the exercises?

Let me quote you from an Indian source.
The exercise is being conducted against the backdrop of heightened tensions between India and Pakistan following a string of ceasefire violations along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Saffron Bandit exercise is held every three years.

PAF chief, Air Chief Marshal Tahir Butt, participated in the exercise to gauge the preparedness of combat squadrons.

Butt piloted a F-16 combat jet for a simulated strike mission.

Gen Wynne flew in an airborne early warning and control aircraft yesterday to observe the "employment of integrated air and ground combat elements" while army chief Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani too visited the exercise areas.
Wynne said the exercise would help enhance Pakistan's "preparedness in the hi-tech scenario of aerial warfare."
