dont u think we have been waiting too long i remember last year during december PAC announced the production of 16th JFT that year bringing the total number produced to 66 in january 2016 and they claimed they were planning to expand the production per year to 24 so going by their previous press release they only produced 4 JFTs this year

I believe some may be at final stages on assembly line, few under tests and may be some have been upgraded from block 1 to 2 standard during this period.

We have to deal with what we can ... PAC has come a long way rather then bashing it we must embrace it they and PAF know what they are doing simply.
